Prior to relocating to North Carolina Mr. Mauriello was chief trial attorney for the civil litigation section of the Palm Beach County attorneys office in West Palm Beach Florida. He was involved in numerous successful high court decisions and arguments including the reported appeal in 1991 Florida's highest court (Supreme Court) in a landmark decision involving governmental civil immunity. Konney v. Palm Beach County 587 So. 2d 1292.
In 1993 Mr. Mauriello was recruited by one to the largest and most successful personal injury firms representing injured victims and their families in New York State. Residing near the capital in Albany, New York he traveled throughout the State trying cases before juries on behalf of injured victims and their families. He handled directly cases involving death and injuries as a result of automobile and motorcycle accidents, product manufacturer's negligence, animal and dog bite injuries, as well as claims based upon the negligence of government agencies concerning building, road, and jail operations.
In 1997 Mr. Mauriello was hired by one of the largest and most successful firms in North Carolina. Again, his focus was exclusively upon the representation of injured victims and their families. Licensed in both North and South Carolina he has handled and tried to verdict numerous cases in the Carolinas on behalf of his clients including numerous high profile and landmark cases.
